The wall of the capsule is made of melamine formaldehyde resin.microcapsule is used as CB and CFB of carbonless copy paper

It is used for carbonless copy paper(CB or CFB),It enjoys the following adcantages:rapid color development at low temperature,good color intensity and slow light-resistant aging.

The wall of the capsule is made of melamine formaldehyde resin.The core is the synthetic product of SRS-101(diaryl ethane) and colorless dyestuff CVL.In actual application the capsule shows excellent physico-chemical property.

1.       Particle size:4-6u,narrowly distributed ,medium fastness.

2.       Solids content: ≥50%.

3.       Colors:blue(or red,black,yellow),excellent color developing

4.       PH:7.5-9

5.       Viscosity:125-150mpa,s at 20°C

6.       Stable over 6 months when stored sealed

7.       In plastic rubber drums,200kg/drum

How to Use Micro-capsule for Carbonless Copy Paper

1.       It is mixed evenly with adhesive,spacing starch,SBR latex,water,pigment,etc.according to certain proportions and then coated on the back side of carbonless base paper(its called CB) or the middle paper(that is the CB side of CFB).

2.       Description of the Usage:

CB formula(solid content:25%)

Micro-capsule:80-100kg(50%)

Adhesive:40-42kg(20%)

Spacing Starvh:25kg

SBR Latex:3-3.3kg(40%)

CFB formula(solids content:25%)

Micro-capsule:130-150kg(40%)

Adhesive:48-50kg(20%)

Spacing Starch:25-30kg

SBR Latex:3.8-4kg(40%)
