RD9870 is a resin color developer which belongs to zinc salicylate type

RD9870 is a resin color developer which belongs to zinc salicylate type. It enjoys the following advantages: rapid color development at low temperature, high coating whiteness, good color intensity and slow light-resistant aging. RD9870 is an ideal resin color developer of a new generation.Feature:1. Rapid color development at low temperature. Especially when the temperature is below 10 , this advantage still exists. 2. Suitable for any CF compositions consisting of resin or clay-resin.3. Relatively thinner coating.4. The rheological property and thixotropy of CF paste are good, suitable for any coating method.5. Good stability when stored.

Application method:1. When RD9870 is used to prepare CF paste, first add water, dispersant,porcelain clay and calcium carbonate,etc. into the tank and stir at the speed of 1000r/min for 20 to 30 minutes. Then reduce the stirring speed to 500r/min and add starch gum, stir for 15-20 minutes (Note: adjust the PH value to8.08.5). Finally add resin and SBR latex and stir for another 15-20 minutes. The final PH value of CF paste is around 7.0.2. Sodium polyacrylate (∑ 5000) is recommended for the dispersant.3. Fully water-soluble active dye is recommended when coating color paper.4. Quantity of resin applied can be reduced or increased according the requirements of the user for color intensity.
